CEDAR is taking the program of health as one of the main priorities to be able to support communities in terms of improved community health and equitable access to primary health care, child care including providing nutrition services and information, and where possible partner with the Ministry of Health and World Health Organization in ensuring that children are immunized.
CEDAR will take into its health programs to ensure that good care is given to pregnant mothers including a postnatal care.
CEDAR will lead health campaigns on HIV/AIDS awareness to reduce the spread of the epidemic among the rural communities. Maternity care is also a big challenge which CEDAR will take into its health programs to ensure that good care is given to pregnant mothers including a postnatal care.
